This is a CYST:
ITS A SAC
FULL OF PUS
Sometimes you have to operate on it to get it out, others it just bursts and comes out like a normal spot but much more painful.
I've had 3 so far.
Pinkos got one on his arse
and SHAUN has on behind his ear
